In case you hadn’t heard, using the Face Time app on your iPhone can cause your device to invade your privacy. You see, your microphone could stay on after you thought you had ended a call. Also you could even be called by face Time without your knowledge and have your mic on for the caller to hear. Many screamed theories that it was an exposure of a secret back door in the smart devices that was insisted on by the Department for Homeland Security and/or FBI. In reality, it is just the type of programming error that can occur when older software is adapted to new hardware and technology.

Apple has rolled out an update for your iPhone, iPad to restore your personal security to Apple standards of excellence.
You would figure that the company that stood up to the Federal government to defend customer privacy would certainly fix a “bug” on it’s products.
